MagSi-DNA Animal enables the rapid and cost-effective extraction of genomic DNA from various samples such as blood, semen, hair, saliva/swabs, lysed tissue or from aquaculture.
This universal DNA purification kit is optimized for extracting DNA from sample materials with the highest purity, providing DNA suitable for genotyping assays or other PCR-based analyses. The extraction chemistry has been validated on various species, e.g. horse, pig, dog, cattle, and fish, and can be adapted to any specific requirements in terms of yield, purity, and working volume.
