Regular maintenance is essential for correct pipetting results and extends the service life of your pipette.
Our pipette service is performed by experienced partners in accredited calibration laboratories.
Only original spare parts from the respective pipette manufacturer are used for repairs or the replacement of wear parts.
The process is uncomplicated, fast and transparent.
If a repair is necessary, it will be carried out at a maximum cost of 65€ – if the cost is higher, you decide on the further procedure. Of course, if you wish, we can also inform you in advance about repairs under 65€.
With us, there are no flat repair rates – you pay only the cost of spare parts, the labor is already included in the price of the service package.
For maintenance and repair, we only use original spare parts from the respective pipette manufacturer.
For our Heidelberg customers, we offer a convenient pick-up & drop-off service. We pick up your pipettes directly from the laboratory and return them after service.
We service your single-channel and multi-channel pipettes, whether fixed, variable, manual or electronic.

Our pipette service is characterized by the particularly high standards to which your pipettes are maintained. This includes precisely air-conditioned premises, state-of-the-art trolleys and very well-trained staff.
A pipette service must be uncomplicated – after all, there are more important things than writing serial numbers in a table.
With us, you only need to fill out one declaration of no objection per order and let us know by mail or phone – we’ll take care of the rest.
Depending on the workload, the standard runtime is 10 working days.
