Regular maintenance is essential for correct pipetting results and extends the service life of your pipette.
Our pipette service is performed by experienced partners in accredited calibration laboratories.
Only original spare parts from the respective pipette manufacturer are used for repairs or the replacement of wear parts.
The process is uncomplicated, fast and transparent.
The amendments to the DIN ISO 8655 standard lead to changes in calibration and the Quick-Check and Pharma/GLP packages.
General changes to DIN ISO 8655:
After repairing the pipette, a calibration with 3 x 10 measurements is mandatory.
Changes to the Quick-Check and Pharma/GLP packages:
When repairing the pipette in the Quick Check package it must be calibrated with 3 x 10 measurements. In this case, the package is upgraded to standard and the standard package is charged.
For Pharma/GLP, the incoming inspection now also takes place with 3 x 10 measurements.
If a repair is necessary, this will be carried out up to a maximum cost of €72 (single channel) or €120 (multi-channel) – if the expected costs are higher, you decide how to proceed.
Of course, we can also inform you in advance about repairs below these amounts on request.
With us, there are no flat repair rates – you pay only the cost of spare parts, the labor is already included in the price of the service package.
For maintenance and repair, we only use original spare parts from the respective pipette manufacturer.
You receive a 1-year guarantee on the spare parts installed, with the exception of wearing parts such as seals.
For our Heidelberg customers, we offer a convenient pick-up & drop-off service. We pick up your pipettes directly from the laboratory and return them after service.
Please note that we charge a service surcharge of €17 for the collection of < 10 pipettes.

This includes precisely air-conditioned premises, state-of-the-art trolleys and very well-trained staff.
A pipette service must be uncomplicated – after all, there are more important things than writing serial numbers in a table.
With us, you only need to fill out one declaration of no objection per order and let us know by mail or phone – we’ll take care of the rest.
Depending on the workload, the standard runtime is 10 working days.
