Our pipette service is characterized by the particularly high standards to which your pipettes are maintained.

This includes precisely air-conditioned premises, state-of-the-art trolleys and very well-trained staff.

The calibration laboratory is DAkkS-accredited in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 – so you can expect the best service and the highest quality.

With us, there are no repair charges – you only pay the costs for the spare parts, the working time is already included in the price of the service package.

You do not have to list or document the pipettes – we take care of this for you.

Less work for you – in the stressful daily laboratory routine.

If a repair is necessary, this will be carried out up to a maximum cost of €96 (single channel) or €180 (multi-channel).

If the expected costs are higher, you decide how to proceed and we will inform you in advance with a cost estimate.

The estimate is free of charge and included in the package price.

For maintenance and repair, we only use original spare parts from the respective pipette manufacturer.

You receive a 1-year guarantee on the spare parts installed, with the exception of wearing parts such as seals.

We service your single-channel and multi-channel pipettes, whether fixed, variable, manual or electronic.

Our pipette service is available for all common pipettes and pipette manufacturers

The table with ID 744 not exists.

We have no queues or call centers. You call or email us – and receive fast, transparent and honest information.

We offer a convenient pick-up and delivery service for our Heidelberg customers. We collect your pipettes directly from the laboratory and return them after the service.

Please note that we charge a service surcharge of €17 for the collection of < 10 pipettes.
