Application: Extraction of microbial DNA from stool samples for applications such as PCR, qPCR and sequencing;
Suitable sample material: Stool samples from sampling systems from various manufacturers, as well as from OMNIgene™-GUT (OMR-200, OM-200, OMD-200);
Special features and advantages: Optimized DNA yield; reduced use of plastic; no hazardous chemicals; simple, manual application; shortened workflow due to fewer centrifugation steps;
Applications: Microbiome analysis, next-generation sequencing (NGS), qPCR of gut flora samples from clinical trials or research;
DNA yield: up to 33 µg per sample;
